1. Acceptance of Terms
ForecastZiron provides sophisticated business analytics and forecasting models tailored for the Southeast Asian market. By accessing forecastziron.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these conditions.
Our services are intended for professional use. We provide data-driven insights to assist in strategic decision-making; however, the final responsibility for any business action remains with the user.
2. Scope of Services & Intellectual Property
The methodologies, algorithms, and visualization structures used in our forecasting reports are the exclusive intellectual property of ForecastZiron. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to utilize the delivered insights for internal business purposes only.
- No reverse-engineering of our predictive modeling software or data scrapers.
- Redistribution of raw data sets provided by ForecastZiron is strictly prohibited without written consent.
- Usage of our brand name or proprietary insights for external marketing must be pre-cleared.
3. Accuracy and Data Integrity
Forecasting is intrinsically tied to the quality of input data and market variables. While ForecastZiron employs rigorous statistical validation, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or absolute mathematical certainty.
Our analytics depend on a combination of historical trends, local infrastructure data (specifically within the Hanoi and wider Vietnam trade corridors), and global economic indicators. We disclaim liability for projections affected by "Black Swan" events or external data corruption beyond our controlled environments.
Engagement Standards
Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials. Any data breach originating from user-end mismanagement is the sole responsibility of the client.
Data Input
Accuracy of forecasting results is contingent upon the integrity of the data provided for modeling. Erroneous inputs will nullify outcome warranties.
Compliance
All users must comply with local Vietnamese regulations regarding commercial data usage and cyber security protocols (Law No. 86/2015/QH13).
Limitation of Liability
Understanding the boundaries of predictive analytics is fundamental to a transparent partnership. We define our legal ceiling to protect both the firm and its stakeholders.
ForecastZiron is not a financial advisor. Our insights are strategic inputs, not investment mandates.
Disclaimer of Warranties
"The services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. ForecastZiron expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose."
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ForecastZiron, its officers, directors, and analysts from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the insights or violation of these terms. This remains effective even after the termination of our service agreement.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our forecasting platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hanoi.
